First 60 minutes: HK$2,000
Each additional 15 minutes: HK$500

Your doctor will conduct a confidential, in-depth evaluation covering your primary concerns, emotional state, medical history, current lifestyle, and stress triggers. Based on this, the doctor will provide an initial diagnostic perspective and discuss suitable treatment options.

3. How should I prepare for my first appointment?

To help make your first visit as productive as possible, please bring or prepare:

A list of any current medications, supplements, or medical history

Previous medical, psychiatric, or psychological reports (if applicable)

Notes on when your symptoms started, their severity, and how they affect your day-to-day life

Any specific questions or goals you wish to discuss

4. Will I be required to take medication?

Not necessarily. Medication is just one of many tools available. Your doctor will discuss all appropriate care pathways—which may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), lifestyle modifications, stress management techniques, or medication—allowing you to make an informed decision together.

5. Is my consultation strictly confidential?

Yes. Patient privacy is our priority. All medical discussions and personal information are handled under strict professional standards and medical ethics regulations. Information is only disclosed without consent in rare cases involving immediate safety risks to yourself or others.

6. Can I bring my partner or a family member with me?

Yes. You are welcome to bring a trusted family member or partner for support or to share additional insights. The doctor can also structure the appointment to allow for a private one-on-one conversation with you.
