NIFTY Non-invasive Prenatal Screening is a safe, simple and highly accurate non-invasive prenatal screening test. It can be performed from 10 weeks of pregnancy onwards to assess the risk of foetal chromosomal abnormalities.
NIFTY non-invasive prenatal screening provides expectant parents with broader information about the baby’s chromosomal health.
The International Society for Prenatal Diagnosis (ISPD) supports the use of NIPT technology for foetal chromosomal screening, whilst the American College of Medical Genetics and Genomics (ACMG) recommends NIPT as an alternative to traditional Down syndrome screening for foetal chromosomal assessment.
